Return & Refund Policy

At Burak Rugs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Every rug is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. As our products are fulfilled directly through our trusted partners, we only accept returns under specific circumstances.

Returns

We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. The item must be unused and remain in its original packaging.
  3. Clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item must be provided.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Incorrect size selection
  3. Color variations caused by monitor or screen settings
  4. Customer ordering the wrong item
  5. Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  6. Normal wear and tear

Please review all product details, dimensions, and product images carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the damaged packaging
  3. Photos of the damaged rug
  4. A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.

After 12 hours, orders enter processing and production. Once processing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
